We consider confidential information to be the personal data of our customers, characteristics of their tourist programs and information related to payment or means of payment.

The production of the texts, images and videos necessary for this website have been developed and are property of Atelier Group SAC, except for those provided by suppliers, institutions, independent photographers and friends who have given their authorization for this purpose.
Standard Conditions on our Tours and Travel Programs
• All referential rates are per passenger in US Dollars (USD).
• Services are subject to availability.
• Rates may vary during special events, special seasons, or holidays.
• It is mandatory to show your passport at hotels.
• Check-in and check-out times according to every hotel policy.
• Activities and itineraries are subject to change due to trail, weather conditions, and acts of God.
• Quotations have date validity, once exceeded, an additional could be required.
• Atelier South America reserves the right to adjust or cancel any travel program for security reasons.
Included
• Only land services and touristic flight excursions according to the detailed itinerary.
• All stated services with English/Spanish speaking guides.
• Different languages under special request and availability: may have an additional cost.
• Entrance fees for the included excursions but specified exceptions.
• Breakfast at all hotels after your first night’s stay (according to hotels’ operational times)

• Domestic and international air tickets and airport taxes.
• Early check-in, late check-out, services and non-mentioned meals, drinks during meals, hotel extras and personal expenses.

Acceptance and Reservation Process
After an Atelier specialist arrives at your ideal program, we will require your written confirmation by e-mail to start the booking process. Only if required, our staff will indicate if any special deposit is mandatory to secure any reservation.
Personal information of all travelers will be required by our booking agents to arrange train reservations, flights, entrances and permissions to access some attractions.

After this process, you will receive your booking confirmation and instructions to generate your first deposit.
In this act, the solicitor accepts the payment liabilities and provisions, as well as the corresponding cancellation conditions. Some excursions or programs may require a minimum of passengers to operate.
After the deposit of your final balance, you will receive your statement, final travel documents and access to exclusive information to enhance your stay in our destinations.

Full payment is required before passengers’ arrival, according to the following terms:

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the variety of products and experiences, some may consider particular payment and cancellation conditions, Atelier’s representatives will specify the exact payment details and cancellation policy on every itinerary confirmation.
We know our customers are sometimes forced to postpone or cancel their trips for reasons beyond their control, our aim will always be to assist them in reducing the cancellation fees to the minimum.
* Atelier representatives will clearly specify different cancellation conditions if applied by any supplier, programs, or special event.
Atelier Group SAC acts as an operator in Peru that is responsible for contracting services from various suppliers: transportation, lodging, restaurants and other services from independent suppliers that are not under our control. Atelier Group SAC cannot be responsible for death, personal injury or any loss caused by an act or omission of one of these suppliers or any other event over which it has no control.
Domestic and international flights are subject to overbooking, cancellations or rescheduling, if this occurs, Atelier Group SAC will do everything in its power to assist customers to board their respective flights or make alternative arrangements. These actions are performed as a courtesy of Atelier Group SAC towards its customers, therefore it will not be responsible for boarding denials, payment of additional charges for fare differences or lodging, food and additional transfers provided by the airline due to flight cancellations or delays.
Some activities imply an inherent risk of personal injury. Example: trekking, canoeing, canoe rides, mountain biking, horseback riding, among others. Passengers should be advised and made aware that their safety cannot be guaranteed and that Atelier Group SAC assumes no responsibility for their safety. Some programs may require the signature of a disclaimer by the users of the service.
Atelier Group SAC is not responsible for unforeseeable events, fires, acts of local governments or their authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, attacks, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, adverse weather conditions, imputed damage to air, sea and land, air transport, or any act or incident beyond its control or that of its suppliers.
Atelier Group SAC is not responsible for communicating or carrying out visa, customs or vaccination procedures. It is recommended to apply yellow fever vaccine for passengers traveling to the jungle at least 10 days in advance; it is suggested to request the international vaccination certificate.
According to the law, the provision of lodging and food services to non-domiciled individuals, individually or through a tourist package, is exempt from the General Sales Tax (18%), upon presentation of the passport and physical or virtual Andean migration card of the passenger, at the time of registration or check-in in hotels. The services used in the hotel must be coordinated, assembled, conducted and organized by Travel and Tourism Agencies domiciled in the country. Payment transfers from foreign travel agencies are not contemplated in the law, so they shall be subject to 18% VAT.
